Welcome to the Texas State Library & Archives Commission records management e-learning portal for state agencies and local governments! Here you will have access to self-paced online courses on various records management topics.
If you see "Course Categories" displayed below...then you are not logged in to our site.
Some courses allow guest access, although guest access does not allow you to print a course completion certificate. In order to receive a course completion certificate, you must create and/or login with an account and then enroll yourself in the course or courses of interest. Need help?
If you see "My Courses" displayed below...then you are currently logged in to our site:
- If you see a list of all of our courses, then you are currently not enrolled in any courses and may enroll by clicking on any course title. Then, from the course home page, click "enroll me in this course" located on the far left.
- If you are already enrolled in one or more courses, you will see their course names and may access them by clicking on their titles. To see a list of all available courses, click on "All Courses" in the "My Courses" block on the left.
