Description

This course looks at the definition of electronic records, applicable laws and rules with corresponding best practices, how you can best manage such records, recommended standards and procedures, and where these records may be located in your organization. It also discusses e-mail, digital imaging, and social media, and how to address the various challenges of these commonly-used types of e-records and best manage them.
